September is a Retrograde Month!

The Sun starts the month off in Virgo where the Mercury Retrograde is still taking place until September 12.  We  also have four other planets in retrograde right now: Neptune is retrograde in Aquarius until November 7, Jupiter is retrograde in Aries and re-entering Pisces on September 8, and will go direct on November 18,  Uranus is retrograde in Pisces until December 5 and Pluto is retrograde in Capricorn, going direct again on September 14.(Mercury has one more retrograde in 2010, ending as the year closes on Dec 30.)
Retrogrades are not a news flash, they happen all the time. We don't always get five planets at once in retrograde, though!

A retrograde energy is different for each planet.  Neptune, the planet of dreams and wishes in retrograde might suggest that you need some tweeking on your particular dream to make it manifest.  Jupiter, the planet of expansion and good will in retrograde, hints that perhaps the partying needs to wind down just a bit,or take note of where the excesses are happening in your life.  Uranus, the planet of sudden unexpected changes,  slows the merry go round just for a while so you can reassess where it is you hope to go, and Pluto, the intense planet, gives us a bit of respite in retrograde.  The key words for retrograde are always the RE words...redo, rethink, revisit, repeat, etc.

September 2 looks like a great day for sales and salespersons as the Gemini moon is trining both Venus in Libra and Neptune in Aquarius.  The word of the day is Network!

Venus, the planet of love and beauty is trine (harmonious) Neptune the planet of hopes and dreams on Sept 4.  This would be an optimum time to jump start that dream of yours. The planets smile on your dreams on that day.

Wednesday Sept 8 is the new moon in Virgo.  Once again, this is prime time to start a new project, especially if it involves detail and precision.   It is a great time to reorganize your life and make some fresh new starts.  Try to do what needs to be done in this regard before noon if possible.

Jupiter (expansive, good will) will be conjunct Uranus  in Pisces on Sept 18th. This interprets to great timing in September to take any crazy idea that seems to pop up and run with it!  What  initially looks like a wild suggestion could bring about a windfall!

The energy of that conjunct continues three days later, when the Sun in Virgo opposes this conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus.

September 22 is the fall equinox when the sun enters Libra and when the length of day and night is evened out.  The following night is the full moon in Aries,   This hopefully will bring the new starts and plans begun on the new moon two weeks ago and gives the go ahead to new beginnings!
