For the last few years, Whole Life Expo's have been held across America in the larger cities. Featured at these Expo's are Alternative Healing ideas, Life Readers, intensive speakers, workshops, and various goods and services for sale.

In October 2000, Your New Life Expo promoter Aynne McAvoy began planning the first Your New Life Expo for the Syracuse area. Although Your New Life Expo remains the first of it's kind here in Central New York; the show offers a tremendous variety of educational lectures and demonstrations by many local alternative medical professionals. Many insurance companies now are allowing alternative holistic medicine in their payment schedules.

The show also features many well known Life Psychic Readers, and a variety of fantastic shopping opportunities, all with a sense of beauty and serenity in mind. Many of the people who are working and performing at the show come from across the country, as well as Canada.

Aynne has works all year to bring together the best of the best for this show. She owns Golden Trines, and is a psychic-astrologer herself, as well as a Reiki Master. Her contacts in the fields of New Energy, Holistics and Life Psychic readers are what partially enabled her to pull together such a terrific show. She has performed in many of the local psychic fairs and holistic shows, as well as a well-known speaker, teacher and columnist, writer and radio personality. She conducts 4 online study groups on the Internet; which includes the Circle of Light, which is one of the firsts, and biggest online Celestine Prophecy study groups in existence.   She has conducted several New Energy seminars across the country.  She has also co-authored 3 books on angels and miracles.  In the summer of 2003, she introduced for the first time, her two new CD's, I BELIEVE IN ANGELS and TAROT 101.

The show is being sponsored by Golden Trines.  The Syracuse New Times, and Sunny 102 FM are also sponsors, and have been very supportive right from the beginning.

Aynne loves animals and has four cats of her own, and has helped to support the C.N.Y. Humane Society for years. A portion of every show's profits is donated to the Humane Society.

Excitement and great expectations build for months among the show's vendors, as they prepare for the next Your New Life Expo this November 6 and 7, 2004.
